Information audit

To be able to make informed decisions your organisation's decision-makers need relevant, quality information at the right time and at the right place. The information audit is a key part of developing an information strategy.

Information audits have been defined by The Information Resources Management Network of Aslib as “a systematic evaluation of information use, resources and flows, with a verification by reference to both people and existing documents, in order to establish the extent to which they are contributing to an organisation’s objectives".

We take the results from the information audit and start defining an information model. We then implement a limited ECM solution based on a product we recommend for your needs. Business process management (BPM) systems can help visualise, automate, streamline and improve efficiency of business processes. Business rule management (BRM) systems can do the same for your business rules. But good software is not enough. With the BPM & BRM audit we help you get started by identifying and documenting current business processes and business rules.  BPM & BRM proof of concept (POC) project

This will give you hands-on experience with BPM/BRM open source software and relevant material with which to decide whether or not to start a full-scale project.
