  • Ability to log in and review the treatment process and, if allowed, respond to actions 

The respondent: 

  • Ability to log in and respond to complaints 
  • Review final decisions 
  • Attachment upload 

Treating unit: 

  • Workflow-based lists of complaints 
  • Approval or rejection of cases 
  • Ability to enter comments in every step 
  • Enter manual complaints (mail, fax etc.) 
  • Upload further attachments 
  • Publication of anonymised verdicts 
  • Rule-based reference number handling 
  • Everyday maintenance (modifying e-mail messages, adding users, etc.) 

Addtional functonality (options): 

  • Allow board members to log in and enter verdicts 
  • Rule-based signing of decisions 
  • Export of completed cases to spreadsheets 
  • Import users from Excel and other types of spreadsheets 
  • Livesearch in the complaint form when selecting organisation to complain on
