- Ability to log in and review the treatment process and, if allowed, respond to actions
The respondent:
- Ability to log in and respond to complaints
- Review final decisions
- Attachment upload
Treating unit:
- Workflow-based lists of complaints
- Approval or rejection of cases
- Ability to enter comments in every step
- Enter manual complaints (mail, fax etc.)
- Upload further attachments
- Publication of anonymised verdicts
- Rule-based reference number handling
- Everyday maintenance (modifying e-mail messages, adding users, etc.)
Addtional functonality (options):
- Allow board members to log in and enter verdicts
- Rule-based signing of decisions
- Export of completed cases to spreadsheets
- Import users from Excel and other types of spreadsheets
- Livesearch in the complaint form when selecting organisation to complain on
