Junior Java EE Developer

As a Java EE Developer you will:

• work with development and integration of large scale, complex and mission-critical applications requiring high performance and availability using some of the best established Open Source products like JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Hibernate, JBoss ESB, ActiveMQ, Apache Camel, Apache ServiceMix, Mule etc
• learn the traits, tools and skills as you go along in an adept-mentor relationship with one of our senior developers. You will learn how to collaborate with business analytics, business architects, engineers, project managers, QA, DBAs and operations staff
• learn how to produce high quality code that follows best practices within the context of a pre-existing technical infrastructure
• continuously develop your skill set, based on an individually adjusted approach suited to your goals and ambitions with great opportunities to fulfill individual professional goals and advance

You are a dedicated Java EE Developer. You pay careful attention to detail in both code and documentation. You have the ability and willingness to actively work and coordinate with geographically distributed team members. You are prepared to take full responsibility in meeting deadlines and delivering with top quality, in a self sufficient manner. You are a quick learner with high ambitions.

Qualifications

• a minimum of 3 years experience in Java SE
• practical experience from teamwork (Scrum experience is a plus)
• good writing, technical documentation and verbal communication skills in English as well as in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
• experience in communicating directly with customers is a plus

Placement

We are looking for people who can work either in Malmö, Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg, Karlstad or Stockholm (Solna).
